Services
Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC provides professional exterior cleaning, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and paver sealing for residential and commercial properties. Our primary service areas include Kissimmee, Polk County, and the surrounding Central Florida communities. Services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade, eco-friendly equipment.
Estimates and Payments
Pricing is based on the square footage, surface type, and level of organic growth (mildew/algae) present. Estimates are provided prior to service based on the information available at the time of scheduling. Final pricing may change if site conditions or the scope of work differ from the original description. Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, customers must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee.
If you are not going to be able to attend to an event or appointment you registered for due to unforeseen circumstances, please alert Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC as soon as possible. If Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC receives notice of your cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the appointment/event, we will offer you a free pass to the subsequent Fresh Coat Services event in your area. If your cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the event, Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC will be unable to refund your money or reschedule you to a subsequent appointment/event in your area.
Weather: Due to the nature of our work, services are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to reschedule for the safety of our crew and the quality of your results.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are responsible for: 1) Ensuring all windows and doors are closed and sealed; 2) Moving vehicles or delicate outdoor decor away from the cleaning area; 3) Ensuring an external water source is accessible and turned on.
Care and Liability
We utilize low-pressure soft washing techniques to protect delicate surfaces like roofs and siding. Fresh Coat Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose siding, compromised window seals, or aged wood). Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
